How it works
1. We measure your roofline
Your estimate starts from the linear feet of roofline we plan to light. We pull an initial measurement from satellite imagery of your home, and you can adjust it if you only want part of the house lit.
2. You get a price at $30 per linear foot
Permanent holiday lighting is priced at a flat $30 per linear foot of roofline — no separate minimum, no per-visit charge. 150 linear feet is $4,500; 200 linear feet is $9,000 only if the measurement says so, never because of a surprise add-on.
3. We reserve a full install day
Every permanent lighting job is scheduled as a full day, even a short run. That keeps the crew on your property until the track is straight, the corners are clean and the app is working — instead of squeezing the job between other stops.
4. The crew installs and tests it with you
We mount the channel track along the fascia or roof edge, seat each individually addressable LED, run and conceal the wiring to a discreet transformer, then pair the controller to your phone and set your first scenes before we leave.
